Terms of Alignment & Finalisation Policy

A Conscious Agreement for Founders, Employees, Clients & Freelancers

This space functions on clarity, reciprocity, and alignment.
To maintain the integrity of the OneZeroInfinity Field, all hiring and project confirmations move through a simple and transparent process.

These Terms of Alignment ensure:

  • clean communication

  • mutual responsibility

  • conscious exchange

  • a safe and ethical working ecosystem for all humans involved

1. Finalisation Must Be Confirmed Through OneZeroInfinity

Whether it is:

  • a founder hiring a talent/employee

  • a client choosing a freelancer

  • a talent accepting a job

  • a freelancer accepting a project

The final “Yes” must be sent through OneZeroInfinity.

​

This ensures:

  • Both sides agree clearly

  • No misalignment or misunderstandings

  • The OneZeroInfinity Field holds the connection cleanly

No finalisation outside the platform is considered complete.

2. Payment Obligations After Finalisation

To maintain mutual exchange and support the conscious ecosystem, both sides contribute once the match is activated.

A. Full-Time / Part-Time Hiring

When the founder finalises a hire and the employee accepts:

The following contributions apply after the employee officially joins the company:

  • Founder contributes: $222

  • Employee contributes: $222

​

Payment Deadline:
Both contributions must be transferred within 3 days of the employee’s joining date.

​

This closes the loop in clean energy — equal, balanced, and aligned.

B. Freelance Projects

When a client selects a freelancer and the freelancer accepts:

The following contributions apply once the freelancer begins the project:

  • Client contributes: 10% of the total project fee

  • Freelancer contributes: 10% of the total project fee

Payment Deadline:
Both contributions must be sent within 3 days of project start.

This ensures mutual respect and balanced exchange.

3. Mutual Integrity Requirements

To participate in this ecosystem, all parties agree to:

  • communicate clearly and respectfully

  • honor timelines and commitments

  • avoid ghosting or last-minute withdrawal after finalisation

  • disclose relevant information honestly

  • respect the confidentiality of each other’s details

  • avoid using the portal for exploitative or unconscious purposes

  • Any violation of these principles can result in removal from the portal.

5. What Happens If Either Party Doesn’t Pay?

If a founder, employee, client, or freelancer does not contribute within the 3-day period:

6. OneZeroInfinity’s Role

OneZeroInfinity:

  • Curates alignment between conscious humans

  • Facilitates finalisation

  • Maintains the field integrity

  • Ensures transparent exchange

  • Is not an employer or contractor

  • Is not responsible for work outcomes or performance

All agreements between humans exist directly between them.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting any form on OneZeroInfinity (founder, job seeker, client, freelancer), you agree to:

  • these Terms of Alignment

  • the Finalisation Policy

  • the contribution requirements

  • the communication guidelines

  • the field integrity principles

No separate contract is required.
